Magister of energy Graduate School has performed the community in the form of dissemination program of appropriate technology products and funded DRPM KEMENRISTEKDIKTI 2018. This devotion is an application of PLTS technology in the coastal tourist area of Cemara Island in Brebes during the period from 1 July to 15 December 2018. This activity aims to improve the welfare of the community, especially the community that manages the tourism area of the Evergreen Island that previously had no electrical energy due to the difficult location of PLN.

This equipment is installed on Cemara Island to illuminate 11 stalls, 7 bathrooms, Musholla, Gazebo, and street lighting. In addition, the use of this PLTS can also be used as a charging source for mobile batteries or other electrical needs. Meanwhile, at the gate of the port of Fir Island is used to facilitate lighting in stalls and guard counters and gazebo waiting for ship, and also used as a source of charging energy for mobile battery or other small-scale electrical equipment.
